My positive reviews couldn’t last forever now could they?!

Someone had to slip through the Lipstick-Lyrics net, and it just so happens to be this lady.

I am yet to be impressed by Ellie Goulding. Fair enough, Starry Eyed and Under The Sheets are okay pop records but her winning the Best Newcomer Award at this year’s Brits against the likes of Marina And The Diamonds is actually ridiculous.
She seems like a nice enough girl; gracious and polite, but is she really the future of British music? John Lennon will be turning in his grave. The thing with Goulding is that she lacks a certain element rock/pop stars have these days, a certain quality and je-ne-sais-quo.

In a recent interview with NME's James McManon she revealed she doesn't go out or do anything with her life that is remotely fun..oh yeah, except go to the gym.
Now, I'm not condemning people keeping fit, but come on Ellie, your music isn’t that exciting nor is your life so why don’t you quit boring us all with your annoying baby voice and equally annoying face.

I want my rock stars to have personality but for me, Ellie Goulding is about as memorable as the carpet in an airport lounge.
